Since it is Valentine's Day, and I discussed in an earlier blog about a church's decision to ban interracial marriage, I thought it would be interesting to celebrate the holiday by coming around full-circle. I came across this
New Yorker article about the Loving family (yes, that really is their name), the husband and wife whose love broke down laws against interracial marriage in 1967. Yup, 1967! It's pretty hard to believe that it was only 45 years ago...
